We provide one-on-one treatment provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. We bring physical therapy to you and therapy will be provided from the convenience of your own home. Our philosophy is based on evidence based treatment and getting you back to the things you love as soon as possible.
Conditions We Treat
We treat a broad range of orthopedic issues. Jen has over 10 years of experience treating many orthopedic conditions including neck and back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain and knee pain She also specializes in post surgical rehab following knee and hip replacements. We also see patient for fall prevention and balance training.
